Overview :

The Nurse Manager will oversee and manage the Assisted Living Nursing Department and report directly to the Assisted Living Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership and supervisory experience in assisted living settings as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).

Job Summary :

The Assisted Living Manager is responsible for ensuring the well-being of Assisted Living residents through the delivery of high-quality care and services that comply with applicable state and federal regulations and laws and in a manner that meets or exceeds the mission, vision and values of The Chesapeake and LifeSpire.

Performs the duties of the Assisted Living Administrator in their absence.

Job Qualifications :

Primary Daily Responsibilities :

Assist nursing staff in following through with orders and provide education as needed to ensure the proper provision of care.
