Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual looking to start your career in inside sales? R.E. Michel Company, a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, parts, and supplies, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team!

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers count on. From answering calls and processing orders to maintaining a clean, safe workplace, your role is essential to our daily branch operations. You’ll be working closely with our team, supporting customer needs, and learning all about our extensive product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service—greet, assist, and process customer orders in person and by phone.
• Generate invoices and other documents using our computer system.
• Unload orders to stock warehouse and assist with inventory checks.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card payments, returns, and warranties.

Qualifications

Work Environment :

Fast paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting during physical loading / unloading of trucks and when stocking products. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. This is a safety sensitive position.
