RN - Ambulatory, Per Diem, Varied Shift

JOB TITLE : Staff RN, Ambulatory / Endoscopy Services

REPORTS TO : Director of Surgical Services

POSITION SUMMARY : Assesses, diagnoses, monitors, coordinates and manages complex care of perioperative clients. Evaluates postoperative outcomes and plans for continuing recovery and rehabilitation. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing preferred. BSN preferred. Two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :   Must possess a current California RN license and BLS. ACLS within 90 days of hire / status change. PALS certification within 90 days of hire / status change. Procedural Sedation certificate or competency within 30 days of hire / status change. Basic Dysrhythmia required within 120 days for new hires / status changes.
