Job Summary
The Aha! Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Aha! product management platform to support strategic planning, roadmapping, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Aha! users, ensuring the platform is aligned with organizational goals and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management processes, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Aha! workspaces, custom fields, workflows, integrations, and user permissions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary support contact for Aha! users across departments.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure Aha! supports strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding guides for Aha! users.
- Monitor platform usage and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Manage integrations with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack, and Confluence.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Aha! and integrated systems.
- Stay current with Aha! product updates and recommend new features or changes to improve efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting and dashboards to leadership on roadmap progress, capacity planning, and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of experience administering Aha! or similar product management platforms.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle methodologies.Experience with integrations between Aha! and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Aha! Roadmaps or Aha!
