Administrative Assistant – Tupelo MS Area (Sherman, MS)
Environmental, Compliance & Safety (ECS) is seeking an Administrative Position to join our team. You will work directly with our Project Managers (Engineers) to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a wide breadth of experience completing administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships
- Assist in preparation of reports, plans, and permit applications
- Assist with invoicing and tracking invoices
- Manage communication of information in and out of the office; type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office supplies and order or re-stock as needed
- Ensure office is kept organized and well maintained
