About the Role : We are looking for energetic and engaging Retail Sales Lead Generators to represent HL Bowman inside major home improvement retail locations. You will be the first point of contact for customers, sparking conversations, qualifying interest, and setting high-quality appointments for our Comfort Consultant sales team. This is a performance-driven role that requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers improve their homes.
