About the Role : As a Front-Line Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless experience at Midas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
  • Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate recommended services.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized customer waiting area.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any questions or concerns.
  • Uphold Midas' commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software are a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
