The Senior Accountant is a hands-on accounting and analyst position. This position will play a key role in the monthly close and reporting process for the real estate investment partnerships and related operating companies, assisting with compliance requirements from external parties and overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable duties prepared by administrative staff.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of full cycle accounting, detail-oriented, analytical, and has great interpersonal and communication skills to interface with management and other departments within the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Reports directly to CFO and indirectly to the Partners of the company.
• Responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting in coordination with CFO.
• Responsible for monitoring daily cash activities and coordinating with CFO on treasury requirements.
• Responsible for month end close and reporting.
• Communicate and interact with all other departments, and help identify processes that will assist in making the interaction more efficient.
• Supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable activities performed by the Admin Assistant
• Develop and implement procedures that will enhance own job efficiency.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
