Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable for raw materials production supplies and general expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing for manufactured goods and monitoring collections.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
• Assist with inventory valuation and tracking of raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Prepare and process payroll for all manufacturing and administrative staff.
• Generate basic financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Reconcile manufacturing-related expenses and production overheads.
