Job requirements :

Responsibilities :

Delivering frozen seafood products to restaurants.

Unload product using equipment like lift gates, hand truck, ramps, etc.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel receipts, and complete necessary paperwork.

Perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as refueling, checking fluids, and reporting mechanical issues.

Communicate with dispatcher, customers, and other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Interact with customers in a professional manner, providing excellent service and ensuring timely deliveries.

Adhere to all applicable truck driving rules and regulations, including federal and state requirements.

Meet physical and mental requirements for driving a commercial vehicle, including good eyesight, hearing, and physical health.

Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions.

Navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS.

Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.

Communicate clearly with customers and food service employees, demonstrating an eagerness to work through any issues or points of confusion.
