Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Quality Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Coordinator (Remote within WI). Key Responsibilities Address care gaps and facilitate coordination of care through various patient support activities Provide clinical, clerical, and technical support to healthcare providers and care teams Maintain patient confidentiality while assisting in planning for patient care, comfort, and safety Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma Current AAMA or RMA certification or State of Wisconsin LPN license Two years of experience as a medical assistant or LPN, or one year of clinical experience plus one year as an appointment coordinator Previous experience in a healthcare setting Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Population Health is preferred
