Solution architect

Solid experience in Application Migration from On-Prem toCloud as part of M&A, should possess Cloud ArchitectCertifications(AWS / Azure) and understand Solution architecture holisticallyplus the overall process.

This work would includediscovery and documentation on the current state of the applications, proposalson the target-state architecture, formalized decision records, final statedocumentation including architectural diagrams, etc. A range of skillsets acrossthe selected candidates would be helpful as the applications in scope cover allareas to run the business, such as ERP, Asset Management, GIS, OperationalTechnologies (OT), SaaS services, etc.

KeyAccountabilities :

• Responsiblefor architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet businessrequirements of a project / program, including but not limited to the ones listedbelow :

oDevelopsolution architecture, high level solution designs that address business,application, information, and technology requirements.

oWorkswith analyst on the project who is capturing and gathering the requirementsthat need to be addressed by the solution architecture.

oAssistthe PM on cost and effort estimates for implementing solution.

oResponsiblefor revising costs estimates, as aligned with PMO stage gates.

oResponsiblefor understanding and applying the solution design guidance published in theTechnology Foundation Library.

oTake thelead in ensuring the Solution Architecture deliverable is ready for PMO stagegates and that the solution meets architecture governance.
