Join our dynamic FP&A team as a Lead Financial Analyst! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to guide budgeting processes, conduct performance analysis, and share vital financial and operational trends. To succeed, you’ll need to dive deep into the business, challenge existing assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver forward-thinking insights that yield results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed analysis on monthly financial results, spotting trends and anomalies, while effectively communicating key performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to both finance and business leadership.
- Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Enhance financial reporting and dashboards to empower data-driven business decisions.
Business Partnership & Decision Support :
Establish strong partnerships with regional and functional leaders across various areas, including operations, sales, and service.Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and develop robust financial analyses for business cases.Present insights confidently to senior leadership in both verbal and written formats.Reporting & Modeling :
Assist in preparing accurate P&L and KPI reporting packages in a timely manner.Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, maintaining a mindset focused on continuous improvement.Develop and sustain financial models to aid in scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.Ownership & Initiative :
Deepen your understanding of business drivers to enhance insights into financial performance.Effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.Continuously seek out opportunities to refine processes and improve reporting for better decision-making.Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.5+ years of relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Proven experience managing projects independently and achieving results without extensive oversight.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building successful relationships across all organizational levels.Familiarity with U.S. GAAP or core accounting principles.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View, Essbase, or similar financial applications.Familiarity with SQL querying.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced qualifications.A background supporting senior leadership in dynamic, matrixed environments.The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $82,500 - $110,000, with actual compensation varying based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
