Lead Financial Analyst

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to guide budgeting processes, conduct performance analysis, and share vital financial and operational trends. To succeed, you’ll need to dive deep into the business, challenge existing assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver forward-thinking insights that yield results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed analysis on monthly financial results, spotting trends and anomalies, while effectively communicating key performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to both finance and business leadership.
• Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Enhance financial reporting and dashboards to empower data-driven business decisions.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $82,500 - $110,000, with actual compensation varying based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
