What You’ll Do :

Deliver a Great Customer Experience :

  • Welcome customers with a smile, assist them at the tunnel entrance, and offer complimentary air fresheners.
  • Help customers at the vacuums and parking areas by answering questions and providing friendly support.
  • Monitor vehicles inside the tunnel to ensure a safe and smooth wash experience.

Support Site Operations :

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting car wash environment by servicing vacuums, landscaping, and common areas.
  • Ensure restrooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for customer and team use.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks including pit cleaning, equipment cleaning, and general site upkeep.

    • Education, Skills, and Physical Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
  • Ability to move about and operate handheld technology and equipment.
  • Ability to ascend / descend ladders, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs., and twist or turn when needed.
  • Able to work outdoors year-round in conditions including sun, rain, wind, and heat.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
