Job Description

• Hours : Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Tuesdays until 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm; Dedicated Admin time Wed 1 pm - 5 pm

• Average patients seen : Approximately 20 per day, with encounters beyond that eligible for provider incentives
• Call Schedule : 1 : 7; Rotated Weekly
