Tax Manager

Location : Onsite in Alaska, OR Fully Remote (but must CURRENTLY reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, or Alaska; please only apply if you live in one of these 5 states)

MUST HAVE's

Coming out of public accounting and desires to stay in public accounting

5 years of recent public accounting experience

Strong tax background within the past 12 months

  • MUST HAVE CPA License

    • About the Role :

    We’re looking for a  Tax Manager  who is passionate about delivering top-tier client service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a key leader, you’ll oversee tax planning, compliance, and strategy for a variety of clients, while mentoring and inspiring a talented team.

    What You’ll Do :

  • Lead Tax Services :  Manage and review tax filings for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
  • Strategic Planning :  Provide expert tax advice and develop strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Client Relationships :  Build trust and lasting partnerships by delivering personalized, solution-focused tax services.
  • Team Leadership :  Supervise, mentor, and inspire junior staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

    • What We’re Looking For :

    Experience & Credentials : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

    CPA license.

    At least 5 years of tax experience in public accounting.

    Proven leadership, supervisory, and motivational skills.
