Responsibilities
Maintain the job openings list and appropriately post positions.
Recommend and implement branding and advertising strategies using social media and the recruitment job portal.
Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new hires.
Coordinate employee social and recognition events.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred with HR or health sciences background.
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in Human Resources within a healthcare setting.
Experience in developing and executing employer branding and recruitment campaigns preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.
Strong understanding of social media, employer branding platforms, and digital marketing.
Knowledge of labor laws and Joint Commission requirements required.
Strong computer skills, experience with databases and publishing programs.
Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
Pay Range
$24.58 - $36.88 per hour
