GIMAG TRANSITIONAL CARE IS 6 beds Congregate Living Health Facility in Tracy. We are recruiting for Full time LVNs / LPNS positions. We service medically fragile sub-acute level patients. Experience with trach / vent patients is preferred.

Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse (LVN / LPN)

Position Summary :

Provides and oversees patient care and services safely.

Qualifications :

• Currently CA license in good standing
• 1+ year experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Positive, professional and calm demeanor in all work-related situations
