Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Processing Specialist to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for accurately collecting, processing, and managing large volumes of data to support efficient operations and informed decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, process, and validate service, customer, and operational data using internal systems

Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data entered and maintained

Analyze data trends and assist in generating reports for management and team leads

Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data entries

Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow

Maintain digital and physical data files according to company policies

Support general administrative tasks and participate in data improvement initiatives

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred

Previous experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative support

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Experience with CRM or service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan) is a plus

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
