The Contracts Supervisor is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Manages the daily activities of the contracts team to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Supports Contract Manager in developing team goals, implementing best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Provides guidance and support to team members dealing with complex contracts, ensuring all aspects are addressed effectively.
- Supervises contract administration staff and manages workload distribution.
- Oversees preparation, review, and execution of commercial contracts.
- Ensures timely and accurate contract processing and compliance.
- Collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Maintains contract lifecycle management systems and reporting tools.
- Trains and mentors team members on contract policies and best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in medtech / pharma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with contract management systems and familiarity with contract lifecycle processes.Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures and ensure compliance.Team leadership or mentoring experience.Skills :

Pay ranges may vary by location.
