Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and administration of competitive, legally compliant compensation programs.
- Provide expert advice on base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentive strategies.
- Collaborate with boundary partners and managers on compensation policies, including new hire offers and promotions.
- Design and review special compensation programs and incentive plans.
- Analyze market compensation trends and surveys to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Perform audits on job and pay levels to resolve issues due to organizational changes.
- Utilize compensation data to support various deliverables such as merit budgets and salary structures.
- Develop and recommend process improvements to ensure alignment with company policies and compensation philosophy.
- Engage in additional responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., HR Management, Business, Mathematics) with 6 years of relevant experience, or alternative combinations of education and experience.Proficient in advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Exceptional quantitative reasoning and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills for effective collaboration.Extensive knowledge in compensation program design, implementation, and administration.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with executive and sales compensation programs.Advanced Excel skills.Background in the telecommunications industry.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.Compensation : The role offers a competitive salary range of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year, which is based on factors such as location and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may include participation in an incentive program.
