TurboTenant is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to join our growing performance marketing team. You'll play a key role in building the nation's best community of landlords by driving high-quality growth through strategic, analytical, and creative paid search campaigns.

As part of the Performance Marketing team, you will :

• Own Paid Search Strategy : Fully own and manage TurboTenant's entire Google and Bing Ad ecosystem across multiple brands, focusing relentlessly on driving profitable new user signups and customer acquisition.
• Lead Campaign Expansion and Testing : Lead in-depth campaign expansion and testing, optimizing bidding algorithms, ad copy, and quality scores, and expanding keywords to efficiently scale budgets and hit company-wide growth goals.
• Collaborate and Learn : Partner with Google / Bing representatives for custom reporting and access to exclusive beta programs. Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities and better understand the needs of landlords and tenants.

TurboTenant has offices in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado, with the marketing team working out of our Denver office. Face-to-face time is an important aspect of the TurboTenant culture, and the ideal candidate for this role would be expected in the Denver office once a week on Wednesdays (more if preferred).

Compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.

Salary Range $115,000 - $125,000 USD
