Work Schedule

Freedom to create your own schedule. The ABA Center is open 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
  • Michigan BCBA Licensure
  • Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience
  • BCaBA would also be considered

POSITION DETAILS

In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed and the freedom to create your own schedule within the hours of operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
  • Completing assessments
  • Parent training
  • Client specific program development
  • Other miscellaneous duties assigned
  • Earn up to $85,000!

    Schedule flexibility within the hours of operation : The ABA Center is open 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day until 7 : 30 PM.
