Position Overview

We're seeking an innovative and experienced Product Management Director to lead AI-related and other strategic initiatives, driving excellence in product management and innovation across our product portfolio. This role combines deep technical expertise with product management acumen, delivery excellence, and a coaching mindset to accelerate transformation initiatives, key growth programs, and capability building across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

• Embed into business units to develop customer-centric roadmaps and compelling business cases
• Coach teams to develop high-quality MRDs, PRDs, and refine complex work into shippable increments
• Help teams define winning product strategies and navigate ambiguity through rigorous user-centric discovery
• Lead rapid product builds with design and engineering teams, delivering features through agile methodologies

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The pay range for this position is :

The minimum full-time salary range is between $225,000 - $260,000 . This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is available.
