Description

Communiboost We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team immediately. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us for assistance.

Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Location : Houston,TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues regarding products and services.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the company database accurately.
  • Upsell and promote new products and services to customers as appropriate.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and manage customer interactions empathetically and effectively.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
