Description Legacy of Farmington, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Receptionist - Part Time (every other weekend) to join our growing team! Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is a beautiful community located in Farmington, located right off Denmark Ave. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available : Part Time, every other weekend, 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm (may include holidays) Wage : $17.50-$22.50 Are you compassionate towards others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently!Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include : Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. Assist with the business office functions including administrative support. Preferred Qualifications : High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
