POSITION

Allspring is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Analyst - Investment Data & Operations to lead and optimize our investment data operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our investment data, while also driving process improvements.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Quality Leadership :

• Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures across all investment data domains.
• Oversee data quality monitoring and validation processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of data discrepancies.
• Lead root cause analysis of data issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and track key data quality metrics, reporting on data quality performance to senior management.

CANDIDATE

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Data Operations Analyst with a proven track record in the investment management industry to lead and optimize our data quality and operational efficiency. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced data manipulation expertise, and a deep understanding of investment data domains and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

Base Pay Range : $160,000 - $190,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
