In this role, you will lead non-clinical staff, ensure compliance with healthcare policies, support clinic operations, and help drive an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Front Office Operations across multiple clinic sites, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and support front office staff , including hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and team development.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations , and insurance payer requirements.
• Oversee essential administrative tasks such as :

Patient scheduling, admissions, and collections
