You will own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data-center infrastructure projects across the Americas. Reporting to the Division President, you will convert customer requirements into executable project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, field service, and construction partners), and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project scoping & planning – Define scope, milestones, WBS, budgets ($5M–$50M), and resource requirements.
- Schedule & cost control – Build CPM schedules, track earned value, and manage change orders to protect margin.
- Cross-functional leadership – Align internal engineering (power & cooling systems), operations, and sales teams with EPCs, OEMs, and subcontractors.
- Risk & quality management – Run risk registers, mitigation plans, and stage-gate reviews to meet ISO 9001, SOC 2, and client standards.
- Client & stakeholder engagement – Serve as the primary interface for hyperscale & enterprise customers; lead weekly status calls and executive read-outs.
- Compliance & safety – Champion site safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E).
- Continuous improvement – Capture lessons learned and drive standard work to shorten project cycle time and improve gross margin.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5 + years managing end-to-end data-center, critical-facility, or large industrial power projects.Proven track record delivering multi-discipline projects (electrical, mechanical, controls) ≥ $5M.Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6, and cost tracking tools (., SAP, Oracle, Procore).Ability to travel up to 30% across North and South America.Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification (or Prince2 Practitioner).Experience with medium- / low-voltage switchgear, large rotating machinery, UPS, or cooling systems.Familiarity with hyperscale data-center requirements (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Tier III / IV standards.Working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or HIPAA compliance as applied to data centers.Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
