How would you ensure successful follow-through for the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team on key Rhythm of Business processes and calendars?

How comfortable are you with cross-team collaboration and self-management?

Are you interested in working on the newest product within MSFT, specifically the launch of copilot + PCs?

Do you have experience in the consumer electronics space?

Summary of the Opportunity :

Client Overview : We are hiring for a role within the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team, responsible for building retail sales strategy for Windows globally.

Role Summary : As the Windows Consumer Category | ROB and Project Lead, you will ensure the team follows key Rhythm of Business processes and calendars, driving successful deliverables and milestones critical to operating the business. This role is crucial in supporting the team's seasonal category planning, cross-team collaboration, and meeting key objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Driving and managing the 18-month planning calendar for the Windows Consumer Category Planning Team
• Collaborating with other teams to align calendars and processes, ensuring synchronization in key rhythms
• Managing the team's workback schedule and major milestones across different areas of the business
• Providing support to the team through agenda management and morale moments
• Assisting individual team members as needed in their specific workstreams and deliverables
