What the Role Involves :

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service Superintendent to serve as the first line of technical support for our commercial refrigeration field technicians. This office-based role focuses on providing real-time troubleshooting assistance verifying job documentation and offering process support to maximize efficiency and billable revenue. This position will play a critical role in improving first-time-fix rates capturing missed revenue and developing technical capabilities within our field service teams.
