$18.00 per hour
Position Purpose
Performs a variety of administrative and office duties in support of the Marketing Department. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days.

Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and sales programs and property events.
Maintains and tracks inventory, coordinating with vendors and internal staff to ensure supplies and promotional materials are readily available.
Fulfills interdepartmental requests and inbound fulfillment in a timely manner.
Performs computer database entry, research, and generates weekly reports as requested.
Supports with scheduling and maintaining the master calendar to ensure meetings and events are coordinated properly.
Provides administrative support with billing and invoicing.
Serves as an ambassador for the Marketing department, ensuring all interactions reflect the OC Fair and Event Center’s values.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Clerical and / or administrative office experience.
Excellent computer skills and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Ability to successfully handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Highly detailed-oriented.
Ability to work outside the normal business day / week as demanded by events and programs.
Preferences
Knowledge of or interest in marketing, advertising, or event production.
Valid Driver License.
