We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with various internal and external stakeholders while supporting our communications initiatives. You will assist in the execution of strategic communication plans and contribute to both digital and traditional media outreach
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
- Create and edit content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate the logistics for events, meetings, and campaigns.
- Maintain and update the organization’s media contact list and other databases.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for evaluation purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.Benefits
