Job Title : Business Administrator

Duration : 6 months contract with high possibility for extension

Location : Fife, Washington – Onsite Position

Summary

This position is responsible for specific day-to-day business activities of the region Service Center. Directly responsible for invoicing activities, client follow-up actions, preparation of forecasting and other accounting reports, and other activities as required by the Service Center Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for specific day-to-day business, project management, and accounting activities of the region Service Center.

Confirm that customer order entry information is correct, assign project cost estimates and process Order Acknowledgement letters.
