This is a non-commission position paying $25 / hour with paid training.

No prior auto sales or finance experience is required.

Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs.

Clearly explain features, benefits, and transparent pricing.

Assist with financing and complete all necessary paperwork.

Ensure a positive, seamless experience from first handshake to final signature.

Excellent communication and listening skills.
