Strengthens the Guggenheim Gallerys connection with campus and local communities through outreach student engagement partnerships communications and evaluation of engagement impact.
Responsibilities
The Outreach and Engagement Coordinator develops and implements strategies that connect the Guggenheim Gallery with both campus and local communities including students faculty schools and cultural organizations. The role involves coordinating student engagement initiatives such as volunteer programs exhibition tours and artist talks while fostering partnerships across university departments student groups and community stakeholders to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration. The coordinator manages communication channelsincluding the gallerys newsletter and social mediato promote exhibitions and outreach activities ensuring inclusive and consistent public engagement. Additionally the position collects and analyzes participation data to evaluate program impact and guide future outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
