What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and inspire a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Design and execute menus for restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining that showcase Portland's regional flavors and sustainable ingredients.
• Maintain Hilton's high culinary standards while introducing creative innovation that delights guests and drives revenue.
• Oversee food cost controls, inventory, sanitation, vendor relations, and quality assurance.
• Partner with F&B leadership to elevate guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, growth, and accountability consistent with Hilton's CARE values— Creating A Rewarding Experience for guests and team members alike.
