Product Development Engineer, Fasteners / Anchors

Salary :

Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Travel Requirements :

Periodic travel is required, less than 10%.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with management and sales teams to initiate new projects and optimize existing products, focusing on the design, development, and quality of plastic and metal fasteners.
• Develop machinery and tooling requirements to support both new and existing product lines.
• Ensure all product design conditions are met and validated through production output.
• Maintain high standards of quality for both new and existing product lines, ensuring compliance with specifications and successful audit / testing outcomes.
• Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
