Caregiver / Attendant - Wylie

We are looking for a long term dependable, hardworking and devoted caregiver to provide personal attendant services in Wylie, Texas for patient.  This is an outstanding patient and person.

Hammond Home Health will provide training and assist with case management as needed.

Our Potential Weekly Schedule Request (However, we can be flexible) :

Sundays : 8 : 30AM to 4 : 30PM | 8 hours

Mondays : OFF

Tuesdays : 10 : 00AM to 3 : 00PM CST | 5 hours

Wednesdays : 5 : 00PM to 10 : 00PM CST | 5 hours

Thursdays : 5 : 00PM to 10 : 00PM CST |5 hours

Fridays : 2 : 00PM to 10 : 00PM CST | 8 hours

Saturdays : 2 : 00PM to 10 : 00PM | 8 hours
