QA Auditor 1

We are seeking a QA Auditor 1 to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at Indianapolis, IN. Support quality assurance efforts by assisting in the coordination, documentation, and execution of audits under the direction of senior QA staff. This role ensures regulatory compliance and strengthens operational excellence within a dynamic laboratory setting.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Schedule, conduct, and close audits as directed; enter relevant data into QA systems
  • Categorize findings in eQMS and manage follow-up communications for resolution
  • Review CAPA and Effectiveness Check plans; ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support derogatory investigator status tracking and database updates
  • Serve as scribe and audit support during customer visits, mock inspections, and regulatory audits
  • Perform administrative tasks including document review, team scheduling, and audit tracking
  • Maintain QA repository and electronic quality management system throughout audit lifecycle
  • Stay current on GXP regulations and contribute to process improvement and QA consulting

What We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in pharmaceutical, laboratory, or technical field
  • Experience with GXP regulations and electronic QMS platforms
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role :

  • Strong knowledge of GXP guidelines and auditing techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
  • Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and build collaborative relationships
