JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a results-driven Event Marketing Campaign Manager adept at creating and optimizing customer journey flows, building segmentations, and leveraging data for informed decision-making. This role involves managing holistic marketing campaigns for a variety of events, from grand regional events featuring celebrity talent to skill-building workshops, targeting both new prospects and engaging existing customers. The ideal candidate will not only focus on driving event registrations but also on ensuring attendee engagement throughout the pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases through effective channel utilization and content messaging.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Develop and manage customer journey flows to enhance event engagement and registrations.
• Build segmentation and identify target audiences, leveraging testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social media and paid media to drive registrations and post-event engagement.
• Analyze event performance data, working with marketing analytics partners to refine targeting and improve messaging.
• Coordinate and oversee communications, including email marketing and in-app notifications, to ensure consistency and engagement.

Must have Skills :

Industry Experience Required :

Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns for various types of events, preferably in an international context. Familiarity with utilizing platforms like Mailchimp for communication strategies is advantageous.
