As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible throughout your shift, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns within the facility and report findings according to established protocols.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or delivery personnel, providing assistance and direction as needed.

Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately in daily reports and logs as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
