Job Description :

Vice President, Commercial Excellence positions offered by Ash Grove Cement Company (Overland Park, Kansas). Collaborates with the Regional Vice Presidents to ensure the Americas Cement platform is optimally aligned with AMAT and Global Cement. Work on critical projects, such as pricing controls and governance, vertical integration, sales and performance, operations, and others. Focus on leading business operations in achieving improvement in commercial excellence. Will develop and oversee the implementation of roadmaps for all commercial operations by developing strategic plans in accordance to each project's need based on the region, ensuring company standards are followed. May work remotely from anywhere in U.S.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related, and six (6) years of experience with cement or other capital intensive industry. Stated experience must include six (6) years of experience in each of the following : cement production and heavy manufacturing or industry; financial data analytics or analysis, and measurement systems; network development or design; and capital projects. 50% travel required.

We are offering a salary of $200,000 to $335,000 per year.
