Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As we enter our next phase of national expansion we are seeking a strategic metrics-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, optimize performance, and help build a world-class organization. This executive will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to bring financial discipline, clarity, and foresight to drive our growth to over $100M in annual revenue.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role for a CFO who combines precision with vision, someone who can translate strategy into measurable outcomes, create financial systems that scale, and build teams that perform at a high level.

You will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, leading all aspects of financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and performance management. The right candidate is equally comfortable designing dashboards and models as they are guiding long-term strategy and mentoring future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. KPI-Driven Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute a data-driven financial strategy that measures and drives profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Build and own firmwide key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, expenses, case value, and return on investment.
• Create clear financial dashboards and reporting systems that give leadership full visibility into performance across departments.
• Use analytics to guide decision-making and ensure every business unit is accountable to measurable results.
