The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning clinical operations with business goals, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring the overall quality of healthcare services. This includes quality management, customer-oriented strategic planning, process improvement, and clinical outcomes. The role demands a leader with a strong background in operational excellence, quality assurance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The Vice President will also be instrumental in driving growth, particularly in the interaction with external organizations to educate them on the care delivery model and outcomes. Candidates for the Vice President of Clinical Operations position at the company should be licensed healthcare professionals, with a preference for MD, NP, RN, or LCSW. A graduate-level degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of healthcare and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of KPI achievement in a rapidly growing healthcare delivery organization, as well as experience in change management and a strong background in healthcare delivery, budget oversight, and operating expense management.
