Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt role located in Bellevue, WA. The role involves leading tprocess improvement initiatives, analyzing workflows, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes. Responsibilities also include identifying inefficiencies, facilitating cross-functional team projects, mentoring team members in the application of Six Sigma principles, and ensuring continuous improvement across organizational operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, process mapping, and process optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative modeling, and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in team leadership, project management, and facilitating cross-functional workshops
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with business process modernization tools and technologies
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving measurable improvements
• Should have at least a bachelor degree in business or supply chain
• At least 8 to 10 years of industry experience
