Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile steel construction projects.

What Youll Do :

Manage full-cycle steel construction projects from pre-con to punch list

Coordinate schedules between vendors, fabricators, field crews, and GCs

Monitor budgets, track change orders, and maintain critical path timelines

Interpret and manage shop drawings, erection plans, and submittals

Conduct site visits and oversee quality, safety, and compliance

Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders

Who You Are :

3+ years of project management experience in steel structure construction

Deep understanding of steel fabrication, erection, and field coordination

Organized, solutions-focused, and confident in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Familiar with job site safety protocols and local building codes

Education (Required) :

Civil Engineering , Structural Engineering , or Construction Management degree

Bonus Points If You Have :

Hands-on field or ironwork experience

Familiarity with AISC standards and QA / QC processes

Background in public works, commercial, or institutional projects
