Position Overview :
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. In this vital role, you will provide occupational therapy services to students in PreK-12, empowering them to achieve their developmental, educational, and functional goals.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.Collaborate with students, parents, and school staff to develop individualized treatment plans and goals.Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to students' specific needs.Monitor, document, and adjust intervention plans based on students' progress.Consult and support teachers and staff with strategies to enhance student participation and success.Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for students.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' education plans.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and required paperwork.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.Experience in providing occupational therapy in a school or pediatric setting.Proficiency with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques in pediatric occupational therapy.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of sensory integration therapy and handwriting without tears is preferred.Benefits :

Physical Requirements (Working in a School Setting) :
In this role, you will regularly stand, walk, and move around various areas of the school. You must be able to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents both verbally and in writing. You may need to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch. You should have the physical stamina to supervise and engage with students throughout the school day.
