Job Title : Program Manager
Location : Sunrise, FL (Local candidates preferred – Fort Lauderdale area)
Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Program Manager to lead incident resolution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and open-source technologies, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for issue and incident management, ensuring rapid and professional response to high-severity situations
- Collaborate with technology teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to analyze and resolve technical and operational issues
- Drive end-to-end resolution by coordinating with technology partners, ensuring accountability and timely closure
- Provide structured updates on issue status to leadership and key stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
- Facilitate cross-team coordination, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum on incident resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to preventive strategies for recurring issues
- Support continuous operational improvement and long-term reliability planning
