Officer Assistant (Chile Team)

Assist customers in opening and closing accounts

Help customers with tasks such as resolving account issues and putting special account instructions

Make wire transfers

Assist customers with investments (if fully licensed) or refer clients to licensed staff

Assist Account Officers as needed

Qualifications :

BA in Finance Accounting Business or related field or at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity

Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of banking software a plus

Ability to think critically  and work well independently and as part of a team

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish;

FINRA Series 7 66 / 63 licenses or expressed interest. If needed will sponsor licenses.

Friendly and pleasant personality

Able to follow directions
